2. RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At Moodkaset, customer satisfaction is important to us. Our return and cancellation procedures are as follows:

1. Return Period and Conditions

• You have the right to return your product within 14 days of the delivery date, without providing any reason.
• The item being returned must be unopened, unused, undamaged, and in resalable condition. The original box, packaging, and any standard accessories must be returned complete and undamaged.

2. Return Process

• To initiate a return, please email info@neskarglobalgroup.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
• Once your return is approved, we will send you the return shipping address by email.

3. Refunds

• Returned items are inspected upon arrival to verify they meet the return conditions.
• Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method (credit/debit card) within 10 business days. Depending on your bank's processing time, it may take a few additional days for the funds to appear in your account.
