3. SHIPPING POLICY

1. Order Processing Time

• All orders placed through moodkaset.com are processed and handed over to the shipping carrier within 4-6 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

2. Delivery Times and Fees

• Shipping fees, and any free-shipping thresholds, are shown transparently at checkout.
• Once shipped, the estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days, depending on the destination region and carrier volume.

3. Order Tracking

• Once your order ships, we automatically send a tracking number and tracking link to the email address on file. You can monitor your order's status at any time using this information.

4. Address Errors and Failed Delivery Attempts

• The customer is responsible for any reshipment costs resulting from packages that are undeliverable or returned due to an incomplete or incorrect delivery address, or because the recipient was unavailable during the carrier's delivery attempts.
